Mourning the Death of Sony
Well, not ALL Sony’s, the death of Sony in general would be too much to ask.
This morning we awoke to discover that our nineteen year old black box with its big, enormous 12″ screen had peacefully passed on in its sleep.
So…instead of sitting on the couch with coffee in hand to watch whatever miscellany happens to be on TV during coffee-time, I sat and watched Steve – screwdriver in hand – trying to remove the back panel of the Sony. Ironically it was more entertaining than what is normally on TV, and the dialogue was way more educational.
I no longer have an excuse for not making art every waking moment. I can already hear the whispered mutterings as I race up the ladder of success, “I heard it was the Sony that held her back.”
