Guitar Zero
People close to me know that I have a 3/4 size Yamaha acoustic that I don’t know how to play. I have owned this guitar for over 20 years.
It has been taken out of its case and used as a still life prop more than it has been taken out to be strummed. I have always wished I could play it. I have decided it is time now.
This is the summer I learn to play guitar.
This is the summer I will be patient enough to practice diligently.
This is the summer I stick with it so I can justify its existence in my life.
I have ordered instruction books and DVDs from the library – the first of which I picked up last week.
So far those books look really great on my kitchen counter.
Baby steps.
