Massive Art Culture Road Trip 2009

(really, just my artist talk in Campbell River, but impressively re-categorized – and a notch or two up, I believe – by Mr. Fire-Man himself).

Captain Andrew Parker will be our Transportation Specialist, Mr. Fire-Man will be our Fearless Navigator, and yours truly will stand in the back seat, protruding out of a hole cut in the roof of the car so that I can wave like the Queen all along Old Island Highway.  Um…that’s cool, right Andrew?

LATER THAT DAY…

What luck – Andrew already HAS a hole in the roof of his car.  It saved me the trouble of cutting one, though the temperature was much colder once we arrived in Nanaimo so my burning desire to pull a “Queen Elizabeth” was completely cooled.
