Happy 144th

Hope everyone had a chance to do something unsanctioned and festive this Canada Day. I had the opportunity to watch Vancouver’s Canada Place display from a friend’s building’s rooftop.

The view of downtown Vancouver alone was worth tip-toeing past the penthouses…

Add fireworks and it’s extra sparkly…

So pretty that a curmudgeon like me almost forgives the residual pollution hanging in the night sky when it’s all over.
