Q:  Jody – why no Show & Tell yesterday, huh?

A:  Well, I watched Hellboy II with the intention of writing my muse afterward.  And, uh…you know…

Q:  …bad?

A:  Hmm…not “bad” so much as mediocre.  It did have moments that were fun – like the troll market, and the Chaplinesque battle among the cogs.  The “tooth faeries” were divine.  All in all, though, a disappointment after Hellboy.

Q:  So…the only thing you had to Show yesterday was the big empty hole it left inside you?

A:  Exactly.
